Challenge Introduction

Welcome to your 30 Day Challenge where each day you complete one element or component of the 7 Step Process. We recommend you do these ‘challenges’ in order starting with Day 1.

It’s OK to miss a day if you’re busy, or otherwise engaged. Just pick up from where you left off. You can do more than one activity per day. It’s entirely up to you.
