Be Healthier, Richer & Wiser
Haven't we known This All Along?
Obesity rates in the UK are higher in men. 68% of men are obese or overweight, compared to 60% of women. Moreover, 29% of men and 27% of women are considered obese. They also found that obesity rates increased with age, peaking at around the 65 - 74-year-old age group.
So what's going on and how do we stop it?
Are we getting the right advice today, don't we care, or are we being railroaded into needlessly spending money on food, and medicines that we don't need?

Hippocrates was born in 460BC and died in 370BC. He was a Greek physician of the classical period who is considered one of the most outstanding figures in the history of medicine. A couple of the things he said all those thousands of years ago are:
- Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food
- If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health

If the truth is being hidden, then what happens to the Industries that have been built up around us, what happens to those that work in those Industries, their salaries, and the tax implications, should we no longer need them?
Perhaps we should ignore advice and simply go about our lives without any cares at all, and live with the consequences of our actions?
