End Double Keying for job Applications

Have you ever applied for a job and uploaded your CV, only to then be asked to complete your job history into another form, OR you've looked at the formatting of your details after your CV has been 'imported' into the software?

And what was the result? Usually, doing the former is a complete waste of time, so many (and I've done this); just walk away.

Secondly, you look at the formatting of your nicely crafted CV into the relevant job experience section, and you want to cry.

It's a mess!

Details are missing, or wrong... So what do we do?

We walk! And another great company misses out on great people.

It's unbelievable. And is anything changing? Of course not... companies have invested in poor tools, been promised the earth, and may continue to spend money on worthless licenses.

But don't worry, it's only a blip.

As AI improves then the problem will surely go away.
