Pupils in England will study maths up until the age of 18 under plans to be unveiled by Rishi Sunak.
The prime minister will say there is a need to "reimagine our approach to numeracy" in his first speech of the year today, adding: "Letting our children out into the world without those skills is letting our children down."
Now as much as this topic is important it's not the highest of priorities, and anyway, just what are Schools doing today anyway? Yes this might be useful, but come on... let's tackle the big stuff - like money supply, and debt, and the high cost of living.
Sorry Prime Minister, I've always been a Tory but you need to go... in fact we need new politics in the UK. Sorry labour... you don't cut it either!
