New Realities Are Always Possible

Let’s Create New Realities and Change the Status Quo

We all have the potential to look inward and change our own reality, but doing so at scale, with others, to tackle personal, professional, and societal challenges is not something many dwell on. And yet, it is the biggest opportunity humanity has to turn our fortunes around.

We created Ideas-Shared to help you achieve your ambitions and goals, with people you know, and those you’ve yet to meet. To look beyond the usual, and to use your waking moments to create value and benefit.

Our platform and methodology is underpinned by 7 principles that when combined open up huge possibilities for everyone…

Principle 1: Care Deeply For The Subject Matter

To create new realities begins with genuinely caring about the issues at hand. At Ideas-Shared, we believe that people and organisations who care enough to seek change are the ones who can drive it. When members bring that passion to the platform, they not only fuel their own journey but also inspire others to join and invest in causes that matter.

Principle 2: Use Free Will to Choose Positive Outcome

Free will is a powerful tool, we all have it and when we use it purposefully, it becomes the driving force behind change. Here, members use their freedom to collaborate, support, and elevate ambitions that uplift communities and improve lives. By aligning members with like-minded individuals and organisations, we open the door to collaboration, building on each member’s vision for a better world.

Principle 3: Embrace Powerful Loops Over Primal Loops

At Ideas-Shared, we believe that true change emerges when we tap into the right mindset, impactful process we call “powerful loops.” But first, let’s break down what a loop is and why it’s foundational to creating sustainable outcomes.

A loop is a repeating cycle of steps, each reinforcing the others to create a self-sustaining path to progress. In this case, it is this:

Beliefs > Feelings > Action > Results (That Mirror Beliefs)

Here’s how it works:

  • Belief: Every loop begins with a belief or conviction. This is the core idea or purpose that drives the desire for change, whether personal, professional, or societal. It’s what members care deeply about and wish to influence or improve.
  • Feelings: From belief springs feelings—emotions that bring urgency, commitment, and energy to the cause. These feelings fuel motivation, igniting the willingness to take action and see the change through. Without a genuine emotional connection, it’s difficult to sustain the momentum needed to reach impactful outcomes.
  • Action: Motivated by belief and energised by feelings, members take action. This is where the loop moves from thought to tangible efforts, such as setting goals, building teams, and strategizing solutions. Action is the physical manifestation of the loop, transforming ideas into practical steps.
  • Results: Actions generate results. These can be immediate or long-term but are always measurable and meaningful. Results provide feedback, showing members where they’re succeeding and where adjustments are needed.
  • Reflection and Reinforcement: Finally, results feed back into the loop. Members reflect on the outcomes, reinforcing their belief and adjusting their actions based on insights gained. This reflection allows for continuous improvement, ensuring each cycle builds on the last.

Loops are either Powerful or Primal.

Powerful Loops

Primal loops are cycles driven by negative or reactive emotions—such as frustration, fear, doubt, or resentment. These loops often lead to actions (or inactions) that do not effectively address the underlying issue and may keep individuals stuck in patterns that lack growth or resolution.

They are:

  • Rooted in negative emotions or reactive responses.
  • Often repetitive, leading to cycles of venting, avoidance, or self-doubt.
  • Lacks constructive forward movement or goal-oriented actions.
  • Tends to reinforce feelings of being “stuck” or limited by circumstances.

Recognising primal loops is the first step toward transformation. By identifying when members are in these reactive cycles, Ideas-Shared can help them shift their focus and reframe their approach to foster more productive, growth-oriented actions.

Powerful Loops

In contrast, Powerful Loops are cycles based on positive, intentional actions that drive meaningful progress. These loops use constructive emotions like motivation, commitment, and resilience, channeled through structured steps toward a clear goal. Powerful loops build momentum by reinforcing positive outcomes with each cycle.

They are:

  • Driven by positive, proactive emotions with a focus on solutions.
  • Involves structured actions, like setting goals, collaboration, and tracking progress.
  • Allows for reflection and improvement, creating a self-sustaining cycle of growth.
  • Promotes a sense of empowerment and agency, helping members achieve measurable results.

Powerful loops provide a framework for transformation, helping members replace reactive, limiting patterns with purposeful, action-oriented cycles. This approach enables members to channel their energy into constructive actions that lead to lasting, impactful change.

By moving from primal to powerful loops, members shift from negative cycles to a framework of intentional, positive engagement. This transition is central to making Ideas-Shared a space for sustained, effective collaboration and meaningful progress.

Principle 4: Act With Honesty & Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of successful collaboration. Ideas-Shared members are committed to honesty and transparency in their interactions, which fosters trust, mutual respect, and a supportive environment. This ethical approach strengthens the community, making it possible for people from all walks of life to unite around shared goals and work together with confidence.

Principle 5: Collaborate at Scale with Leverage

In today’s interconnected world, change often requires the collective effort of individuals, communities, and organisations. Ideas-Shared is designed to facilitate collaboration at scale, bringing people together in ways that maximize their leverage and influence. With this expansive network, members can take on challenges and opportunities that would be difficult to address alone, creating a stronger, more united front for impactful change.

Principle 6: Following a Standard Process for Achieving Results

Ideas-Shared operates with a structured methodology, providing a clear path from concept to completion. This standard process, our 7-step methodology, offers members a reliable roadmap for bringing their ideas to fruition. From goal-setting and team-building to execution and tracking, each step is designed to support the journey, helping ensure that every effort leads to real, actionable outcomes.

Principle 7: Revolutionising Collective Action

If we want personal, professional, and societal change at every level, one which respects the rights of individuals, whilst also improving economic, political, and social outcomes for all people of the world, then we need to generate significantly more collaboration at every level, and at an unprecedented scale. We have to go beyond posting opinion and start taking tangible action to address every issue we care about. Then we have to prioritise these, bring the right people together, and take necessary action to stop what needs stopping and do what needs doing.

These 7 principles are woven into the fabric of Ideas-Shared, guiding members as they work together to create a better future. By providing a space where collaboration is built on caring, integrity, and shared purpose, Ideas-Shared makes it possible to break down barriers and create new realities, turning aspirations into impactful change.

But only you know what it is that you want to achieve, and whether you need help to deliver the personal, community, social, business, financial, economic, technological, environmental, and political outcomes you or your organisation desires.
