Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorised affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Ideas-Shared, operated by Robert Thompson, Sole Trader, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Ideas-Shared as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) is solely to legally promote our platform and receive commission on memberships or products purchased by individuals you refer to Ideas-Shared through your website, personal referrals, or other approved methods.

By signing up for the Ideas-Shared Affiliate Programme, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

Commissions

1. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly in arrears, provided the referred account remains active and in good standing for a minimum of 31 days.
2. Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself, and commissions will not be paid on your own accounts.
3. Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are only paid for completed and non-refunded transactions. Any chargebacks or refunds will result in forfeiture of related commissions.

Termination

Your application or participation in the Programme may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any reason or no reason.

Affiliate Links

Affiliates may use text or graphic links provided by Ideas-Shared or create their own, provided they comply with the guidelines in this Agreement. You may advertise the platform through your website, email, social media, or approved offline methods.

Coupon and Deal Sites

If promoting coupons or deals:

1. Only pre-approved or assigned branded coupons may be used.
2. Misleading language suggesting unauthorised deals are prohibited.
3. Pop-ups, pop-unders, and auto-triggered actions to set affiliate cookies without clear user intent are not allowed.
4. Coupon-related content must clearly display valid details before setting cookies.

Violations of these policies will result in removal from the Programme.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is not allowed without prior written approval.

Liability

Ideas-Shared, operated by Robert Thompson, is not liable for:

We provide no guarantees regarding performance, functionality, or uninterrupted operation of the Programme.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Programme and continues until your Affiliate account is terminated.

The terms of this Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree to changes, your sole remedy is to terminate your participation.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robert Thompson, trading as Ideas-Shared, and all associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from breaches of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

Electronic Signatures

This Agreement is an electronic contract. By completing the Ideas-Shared application process, you consent to this Agreement as legally binding, with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
