Liability Waiver

By accessing or using Ideas-Shared (the “Platform”), you acknowledge and agree to the following liability waiver. This waiver supplements the Terms of Service and any other agreements between you and Ideas-Shared Global Ltd.

2. No Responsibility for User Activities

Ideas-Shared Global Ltd does not supervise, control, or verify the conduct of users or the content they share. Users are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and any consequences arising from activities or collaborations on the Platform.

  • We are not responsible for disputes, claims, or damages resulting from user interactions, collaborations, or agreements.

3. No Professional Advice

  • The Platform does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Any content, guidance, or ideas shared on the Platform are intended for informational purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on any content or activity from the Platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideas-Shared Global Ltd, its affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Data breaches, hacking, or unauthorised access to information
  • Disputes or disagreements with other users

5. User Assumption of Risk

6. Release of Claims

You hereby release and discharge Ideas-Shared Global Ltd, and any associated individuals or entities from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

This Liability Waiver shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Liability Waiver and agree to its terms.
