  • Solo Pro and Team Pro Purchases: Refunds are available for purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Digital Downloads: Digital downloads from the Shop are non-refundable. However, if a download is faulty or inaccessible, we will replace it free of charge.

2. Refund Process

If your refund request is valid, it will be processed promptly. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution).

5. Replacements for Faulty Digital Products

If you experience issues with a digital download (e.g., corrupted files or access problems), please notify us immediately. Faulty downloads will be replaced free of charge.


6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Refunds or replacements may not be available for services or products purchased through unauthorised channels or third parties.
  • Refund eligibility for any additional services or products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
