Individual Account Options

‘Solo’ Accounts (Free)
- For 1 named individual
- Collaborate with others on existing projects

- Participate fully in others’ projects
- No posting of Serendipitous Asks
Ideal for those who want to contribute but aren’t ready to lead a project or initiative.

‘Solo Pro’ Accounts (Monthly or Annual)
- For 1 named individual
- All Supporter features, plus:
- Post your own Serendipitous Asks
- Take the lead on your own projects, challenges, and solutions
- Unlimited collaborations with individuals and entities
- Drive your personal, professional, and societal ambitions forward
Ideal for those ready to lead their own initiatives and start collaborative projects.
Entity Account Options
Best for:
Organisations including community groups, businesses, non-profits, and government bodies looking to drive change, either by supporting or initiating impactful projects.
‘Team’ Accounts (Free)
- For 1 named team
- Ideal for teams within community groups, businesses, non-profits, or government bodies
- Participate in others’ projects
- Collaborate across sectors to achieve shared goals
- Add value to projects without initiating your own
- No posting of Serendipitous Asks
Best for organisations that want to contribute to causes without leading initiatives.
OR
‘Team Pro’ Accounts (Monthly or Annual)
- For 1 named team
- All ‘Team’ features, plus:
- Post your own Serendipitous Asks and lead projects
- Create 2-5 person agile groups
- Organise and assign tasks within your team
- Collaborate with other teams and individuals
- Lead community, business, non-profit, and government initiatives with unlimited impact
Ideal for organisations ready to take the lead on initiatives, drive impact, and collaborate at scale, internally and externally.
NOTE:
- Individuals may have their own ‘Solo’ and/or ‘Solo Pro’ Accounts, and set up/be part of any number of discrete ‘Team’ and/or ‘Team Pro’ Accounts, as long as each has their own login credentials.
- ‘Team’ and ‘Team Pro’ accounts usually comprise 2 to 10+ team members, all of whom are an intrinsic part of the organisation they represent. These agile teams are deployed to deliver unlimited specific ambitions or goal on an as needed basis, alongside other like-minded individual and entity accounts.
- ‘Team’ and ‘Team Pro’ accounts may team up with other ‘Solo’ and ‘Solo Pro’ and entity groups (internal and external to the organisation) to achieve specific outcomes. There are no limits as to the number of other individuals and entities an entity can engage with.
- Organisations may set up unlimited ‘Team’ and ‘Team Pro’ accounts. Use these to deploy additional activities in support of your ambitions and goals.
- Each ‘Team’ and ‘Team Pro’ account utilises shared credentials.
