We invite you to use your Serendipitous Asks to help change and improve any aspect of your world. Just follow these 7 steps each time you have an ambition or goal:
- Decide what you want to achieve personally, professionally, or societally.
- Once you’ve decided on your goal, choose an appropriate activity type and post a listing to spread the word. Share it both online and offline as needed.
- Create open or closed groups and invite the masses to join and discuss options.
- Create closed or hidden ‘agile delivery’ groups comprising teams of 2 to 5 individuals/entities (there’s no limit). Grant access to trusted members.
- From within your ‘delivery group’, create Projects for your agile teams and list the necessary tasks you need to complete to achieve your outcomes.
- Nominate team members, other members, and even non-members to assist in the completion of relevant tasks.
- Continue progressing all tasks until you achieve your goal. Repeat as often as needed.
